LTT event in Madrid
From 13-16 of January of 2025 took place at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain, the sessions dedicated to the Learning, Teaching and Training Activities of HealthTek project (Technology for Healthcare Education Using Smart Gamification) within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. During these days the different partners presented the contents of the virtual campus, and a session was organized for external teachers who were introduced to the platform.
Communication during a conference
Based on the experimentation of the HeathTEK project, Michel Bakni from ESTIA presented the findings during the XXVI National Congress and II International Congress of SEDEM in Bilbao, 29 November 2024. The contribution was entitled āLearn & Play: A Pedagogical Approach for Medical-engineering Studentsā.
Multiplier event ābiomedical engineeringā at ESTIA on the afternoon of June 4, 2024 (rajouter)
ESTIA is organizing a āmultiplier eventā workshop on the theme of biomedical engineering on the afternoon of June 4 (1.30pm for the welcome coffee) on its premises (ESTIA1, amphi MARI).
The main objective is to promote the Erasmus+ HealthTEK project and results (e-learning training in biomedical engineering) and to enable the partners of ESTIAās networks, on both sides of the border, to meet, ideally to envisage future projects!
The afternoon will be organized around 3 themes: Training/Problems arising from the field/Examples of technological solutions.
Healthcare professionals and healthcare technology providers are obviously invited, but beyond that, anyone with an interest in the subject is welcome

Multiplier event in Madrid
From 17 to 27 May 2024, the Innovation in Learning Week took place at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, which was attended by professors from different Spanish universities. Within this forum, Professor Javier Sierra (Faculty of Medicine) gave a talk on the HealthTek project (Technology for Healthcare Education Using Smart Gamification) within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
The aim of the project is the design of a virtual campus to achieve personalized learning through adapted training itineraries, an improvement in motivation through gamified immersion and global accessibility with an internationalization of the platform. After the presentation, a forum was set up to discuss this type of initiative.
In addition to talks and workshops, activities were organized throughout the week with the aim of renewing teaching practice and exploring new educational horizons, as well as providing a space for the exchange of initiatives among participants.

BegoƱa GarcĆa-Zapirain presented the HealthTEK project at the Jakin-Mina discussions organised by the Jakiunde Academy on 24 November 2023 on the Bilbao campus, Spain.
Bialystok multiplier event
Multiplier event took place during the 14th International Conference BIOMDLORE organised at Bialystok University of Technology (22-24 October 2023) in Bialystok, Poland
BIOMDLORE stands for BIOmechanics, Medical Diagnostics, LOcomotion and REhabilitation.
The scope of the conference focused on the various issues of biomedical engineering: human body biomechanics, gait and posture, orthopedics and traumatology, assistive technologies, rehabilitation engineering, medical diagnostics, biosignal processing, mathematical modeling, sports biomechanics, and robotics in healthcare. It was a perfect place to present the Healthek project and its results.
